The 21 DAY DANIEL FAST
Scripture Text: Daniel 10:2-3, 12; 9:17-19
God bless all of you who have decided to join us in this 21 Day Daniel Fast and Prayer!
The Daniel Fast is a partial fast, which means that we eliminate some common foods from our daily diet and focus on eating fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
Fasting is a spiritual discipline designed to better connect us with God. It’s about aligning ourselves with God and the plans He has for us and our family.
Although the details are not as important as the Spirit in which you participate, you should avoid:
Meats, fried foods, foods containing preserves, additives and refined sugar,
**Drink as much water as possible.**
As you set aside this time to give yourself to God, remember He rewards those who diligently seek Him. Seek God personally for your Fast and He will direct you on what to eliminate.
